1.Do you have land available?

Unfortunately no, not at this stage

2. Will planning permission be required?

Yes, full planning permission with building regulations for permanent residential, commercial and public buildings. Planning permission is also required for a mobile home but in some instances is an easier option if you already have mobile home planning permission no further permission is required. If ancillary accommodation is required then planning permission may not be necessary but please consult your local planning officer for further information.

4. What is the approximate cost of a build?

An approximate cost for residential buildings is £75 square foot/£820 per metre square.

5. What would be the next step to take?

If you would like a more comprehensive quote please do not hesitate to contact the office. We would need to know the size of the building and the number of rooms you would like, along with an idea of the finishes (turf roof/recycled tiles) etc. If you are able to sketch up a rough drawing we can work to these and develop them through to full architectural drawings for planning applications if required. We would then undertake a site visit to assess the access/foundations and then we can agree a final contractual quote.

6. How could I visit a show-home?

If you are at the stage of drawing up plans for a build on your land then please do not hesitate to contact our offices and we can arrange a visit of one of our ‘working’ builds. We are in the process of planning a show home at our site here in Porthtowan which we will update details of once building begins.

7. Competitively priced?

We are, but offer exceptional build quality and high ecological and energy efficient standards. We are not looking to compete with imported kit homes or sectional buildings as these are a different product all together.

8. How long does a build take?

Our build times are 8 - 12 weeks. Once a deposit has been paid and it has been booked into the schedule we will be able to agree a start and finish date.

9. To what stage do we take a build?

We can either provide the shell or provide a full build including fitted furniture and hand made kitchens.
