Super-insulated Family Home

Project:	Design and build of a two story super-insulated family home in a sensitive landscape overlooking the river Fowey.
Location:	South East Cornwall.
Size:	6.8m x 11.5m plus tower and sunroom. Overall floor area of 175m2.
Completion:	October 2009
Specification:	Locally soursed cedar cladding, solid Oak beams, oak flooring and doors. Oak-framed atrium and Sunroom for solar gain. 4kw Photo-voltaic tracking array and rainwater harvesting system.
