| Size: | The development consists of 4 x 3 Bed Lodges, 12.8 x 6.8m, and 5 x 2 Bed Lodges 11.1 x 6.8m. |
| Completion: | Work got underway in mid February 2007, with the 1st Phase of 4 Lodges, all roads, parking, drainage, telecommunications and data cabling due for completion by mid September. The 2nd Phase is due to be completed end of February 2008. |
| Facilities: | Turf Roofs, Bamboo flooring, Woodstoves, Solar Panels, Glass covered Verandas, Wetsuit/Surfboard Stores. |
